FERNANDO MORAL ANDRÉS, Doctor en Proyectos Arquitectónicos por la Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, alcanzó el título de Máster (Arquitectura: Crítica y Proyecto) en la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona tras haber obtenido el título de arquitecto por la Universidad de Valladolid. Obtuvo la Beca Internacional de Investigación “Jorge Oteiza” de la Cátedra del mismo nombre de la Universidad Pública de Navarra durante el periodo 2005-2007. Ha participado en diferentes cursos, congresos y talleres organizados por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, ETSAB-UPC, IE Business School, IIT, March- Moscow School of Architecture y Architectural Association, entre otros. Ha sido profesor y advisor en IE University-IE School of Architecture and Design. Actualmente es profesor y Coordinador Académico del Máster en Arquitectura en Nebrija Universidad y profesor en ESNE Escuela de Diseño e Innovación. Ha comisariado exposiciones como “MECANOO architecten: the Dutch mountains” y “ÁBALOS+SENTKIEWICZ: 6 verticalscapes”. Su experiencia en obra pública viene dada por el desarrollo de diferentes proyectos de infraestructuras, equipamientos y un importante número de concursos, logrando el 1er. premio con el Centro Deportivo para la Estación Invernal de San Isidro (León). Prensa y publicaciones especializadas como Domus, Detail, On Diseño, dì, a+a, Arquitectura Viva o El Croquis han recogido su trabajo en diferentes ámbitos. Su obra ha sido reconocida con diferentes galardones como finalista en los premios “Arquitectura Plus 2013”, seleccionado para la XII Bienal Española de Arquitectura y Urbanismo (BEAU) o haber sido escogido por parte del Virserums Konsthall (Suecia) para participar en la Trienal “Architecture of Necessity”. Colabora con el Museo Nacional Centro de Arte REINA SOFÍA.

FERNANDO MORAL ANDRÉS has a PhD in Architectural Design from the Polytechnic University of Cataluña and he has obtained a Master’s Degree (Architecture: Critique and Design) at the Barcelona School of Architecture (ETSAB - BarcelonaTech). He was awarded the “Jorge Oteiza” International Research Grant for 2005-2007, by the institution of the same name at the Public University of Navarra. He has participated in various courses, conferences and workshops organized by the Complutense University of Madrid, ETSAB-UPC, IE Business School, IIT, March-Moscow School of Architecture and Architectural Association, among others. He has been teacher and advisor at IE University -IE school of architecture and design. At present, he is teacher and Director of Master in Architecture / Nebrija University and he also teaches at ESNE Design School. He has curated exhibitions like “MECANOO architecten: the Dutch mountains” and “ÁBALOS+SENTKIEWICZ: 6 verticalscapes”. In the public works sector, he has developed infrastructure projects, as well as projects for various facilities buildings, participating in a substantial number of competitions. He was awarded first place in the tender for the San Isidro (León) Winter Resort Sports Centre. The press and specialized publications such as Domus, Detail, On Diseño, dí, a+a, Arquitectura Viva or El Croquis have covered his work, which has spanned a variety of fields. His work has been recognized with several awards as finalist in the “Architecture Plus 2013”, selected by the XII BEAU (Spanish architecture and urbanism biennial) or have been elected by the Virserum Art Museum (Sweden) to be part of “Architecture of necessity” - Triennial exhibition. He collaborates with the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte REINA SOFÍA (Madrid).
